The PNWR "Albany Day Switcher" turned two cars around on the Toledo Branch wye. But not wanting to also wye the locomotive, the crew left the cars on the branch line and ran the engine back the way they came. A short time later they returned via the other leg of the wye and took the two cars back to Albany yard. |
